FLOW
STABILITY is the base for all asana practise.
In our Stability classes, we focus on building a strong, supportive foundation for the body. Through mindful alignment, strength, and steady awareness, we create the stability that allows you to move with ease, confidence, and control.
Because we need stability in order to flow safely.
When your base is steady, every asana becomes lighter, safer, and more powerful.
Stability classes are the Wednesday classes “Morning Reset” & “Evening Unwind & Align” as well as all classes with “Stability” in their title.
STABILITY
In a world full of constant noise and stimulation, STILLNESS becomes essential. Our Stillness classes offer space to slow down, reconnect, and listen to what your body truly needs. This can be Yin Yoga, Soundbath, Slow Flow. Through gentle movement, breath, and meditation, we cultivate calm, presence, and inner awareness. Gift your body and your mind a pause from the noise.
Stillness classes are Yin Yoga and Sound Bath Sessions.
