Scope of Application
These terms and conditions apply to all contracts between the studio and consumers (Section 13 of the German Civil Code) for courses, memberships, subscriptions, course passes, workshops/events, and retreats booked online or in the studio.

1. Offer & Contract Conclusion

1.1 Bookings are only possible via our online system, Eversports.
1.2 By clicking "Buy/Book/Join," you submit a binding offer and/or agreement; acceptance occurs upon booking confirmation.
1.3 Capacity is limited; places are allocated in the order of booking.

2. Memberships & Passes

2.1 Details of memberships or passes (validity, number of classes per month, special discounts, if any, commitment, invoicing, renewal) are listed in the product description and form part of the contract.
2.3 Unused classes will not be carried over to the next billing period unless expressly stated.
2.4 Memberships, subscriptions, and passes are personal and non-transferable.

3. Prices & Payments
3.1 All prices include VAT.
3.2 Payment methods: Credit card, SEPA direct debit, and all additional payment options offered through the Eversports platform. Cash payments are not accepted.
3.3 Monthly invoices for subscriptions begin on the date of purchase; subsequent fees are due on the same calendar date (unless otherwise specified in the product).
3.3 In case of late payment, the studio is entitled to suspend services.
3.4 The customer bears the costs of failed direct debits, provided they are at fault.

4. Term, Renewal & Termination

4.1 Fixed-term commitments (e.g., 1/2/3/6 months) are specified in the product. Ordinary termination is excluded during the fixed term. Statutory rights of withdrawal and extraordinary termination for good cause remain unaffected.
4.2 If the product description states an automatic end to the contract term, the contract and all additional benefits will end automatically as indicated.
4.3 If a product provides for continuous renewal, the contract will automatically renew indefinitely after the initial term and can be terminated monthly with one month's notice (in accordance with Section 309 No. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB) reforms).
4.4 Cancellation must be in written form (email is accepted) to the contact address provided above or via the online cancellation button, if available.

5. Right of Withdrawal

5.1 The customer expressly requests that the service begin before the end of the withdrawal period. They are aware that they will lose their right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract.

6. Booking, Check-In & No-Show

6.1 Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of the course. Arrivals after the start time will not be accepted, and no refunds will be issued in this case.
6.2 Cancellation Period: Classes: 24 hours before the start of the class.
Workshops/ events: No cancellation possible after booking.
In case of late cancellation or no-show, the booked service will be considered used. For Urban Sports Club and Wellpass bookings, the cancellation policies of Urban Sports Club and Wellpass apply.
6.3 Minimum Participation: Yoga.Between.The.Lines reserves the right to cancel a class at any time if there are not enough registered participants or for organizational reasons. In such cases, the affected participants will be informed as soon as possible. All used class credits will be reissued, and payments already made will be refunded or credited. Further claims are excluded.
6.3. Yoga.Between.The.Lines is entitled to set the maximum number of participants if this is necessary for organizational reasons.
6.4. Advance registration is required for individual Yoga.Between.the.Lines classes. Advance registration can only be booked via the Eversports booking system.
6.5 Yoga.Between.The.Lines reserves the right to change the course offerings, course times, or course location, provided this is reasonable for the customer. In the event of significant changes, the customer has the right to terminate the contract without notice.

7. Health, Participation & House Rules

7.1 By booking, you confirm that you are fit to participate and inform us of any relevant health conditions or pregnancy.
7.2 Follow the instructor's instructions and use provided props as directed. Yoga.Between.The.Lines may refuse participation for safety reasons; in this case, refunds will be issued.
7.3 Minors may only participate with the consent and supervision of parents/guardians in accordance with the product rules (e.g., Bring Your Baby Yoga).
7.4 Yoga.Between.The.Lines reserves the right to cancel bookings (subscriptions, workshops, etc.) and voucher orders and to refund any payments already made.
7.5. Yoga.Between.The.Lines reserves the right to refund any membership fees if there is objective evidence of misuse, identity theft, or purchase on behalf of a third party without their consent. In such cases, the voucher will immediately become invalid.
7.6 Yoga.Between.The.Lines has the right to terminate any membership subscriptions shared with other individuals who are not members of the subscription or the holders of the purchase.

 8. Liability

8.1. Yoga.Between.The.Lines is liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health caused by an intentional or negligent breach of duty.
For other damages, Yoga.Between.The.Lines is liable only in cases of intent or gross negligence. In cases of simple negligence, Yoga.Between.The.Lines is liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations), and then only up to the amount of the foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract.
8.2. The use of the facilities, courses, and services is at the participants' own risk. Yoga.Between.The.Lines accepts no liability for clothing or valuables brought by users.

9. Media Consent

9.1 Optional photo/video consent may be requested for each course/workshop/appointment. Consent is voluntary and can be revoked at any time via email.

10. Vouchers & Gift Cards

10.1 Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase (unless otherwise stipulated by law).
10.2 Vouchers and percentage discounts are non-refundable and non-transferable.

11. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

11.1 We may amend these terms and conditions for legal or operational reasons. Changes will apply prospectively and will be communicated in writing. If you do not agree to the changes and the contract allows for termination, you may cancel in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy.

13. Applicable Law
13.1 German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection remains unaffected.
