“Having practiced Yoga for many years, I asked Jana to give me a one-to-one consultation for safely practicing yoga throughout pregnancy towards the end of my first trimester.

She visited me in my home for this private class and the exercises she recommended were tailored to my personal needs and expectations. Going through positions, breath work, general guidance and all my questions together enabled me to continue Yoga on my own terms throughout this second pregnancy - completely relaxed and comfortable at home.

Sometimes it may simply have been stretching and breathing, connecting to my baby and meditating, other times more focused on flowing and strengthening my changing body, or later on preparing for birth.

I highly recommend seeking Jana’s expertise throughout pregnancy if you’re used to doing Yoga and don’t want to let pregnancy or motherhood stop you from continuing to enjoy the benefits of this practice. Her consultation will empower you to connect with you body, and keep and grow your strength throughout all trimesters, helping prevent typical back pain, providing energy, improving sleep and lastly: Giving confidence and making you feel good throughout this special journey. It truly changed my pregnancy experience for the better!"
